Hotel Grand Chancellor is a leading 4.5 star corporate hotel. Our fun, dynamic and successful Kitchen Brigade has an opportunity for an energetic self-starter to join us.
Duties:
* Cook & prepare food to high level of consistency and quality
* Ensure that the kitchen reflects flair, creativity and innovation of food in line with our hotel standards
* Ensure hotel’s policies and procedures are adhered to
* Assist with the coaching and development of kitchen staff including apprentices
Must haves:
* Trade qualifications
* Solid local and/or international experience in quality hotels and/or restaurants
* A passion and flair for innovative cuisine
* Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
* Positive, efficient and productive
This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hrs per week, candidates must have the ability to work 5 days over a 7 day rotating roster.
