Our Takanini premier Retirement Village complex requires a cheerful, friendly, experienced Chef Manager to be responsible for the Village Restaurant.
The successful applicant will have proven ability to:
· Manage the restaurant including planning and implementing healthy, nutritious meals.
· Prepare and monitor budgets and monthly computer based reports.
· Relate well to Residents while maintaining a professional approach.
AND possess the following essential attributes:
· Well presented, honest, reliable and energetic with a proactive approach.
· Be able to lead a small team of full
and part time staff.
AND of advantage would be:
· Experience in catering for the discerning elderly, but this should not deter applicants.
