| Between the two of them Carl and Sandra have clocked up 50 years experience in hospitality. Carl alone has 25 years as a chef,15 of them as head chef. Before coming to Perth Carl has worked in the UK and at the Hyatt Regency , Cayman Islands. In the UK Carl was a finalist in The Absolute Vodka Challenge and also The Royal Doulton Chef and Potter awards. In 2008 Carl was head chef at The Mullaloo Beach hotel when they won their first Gold Plate award. After working at several places in Perth Carl noticed a lack of decent recruitment staff in hospitality and so decided to set up his own agency. His aim is to provide Perth based hospitality with quality staff. Carl personally interviews all staff before sending them out and then does a follow up call to his clients to ensure a job well done.
Sandra also has many years of working in hospitality mainly as a restaurant manager. With their experience, dedication and hard work Carl and Sandra expect Chefs 4 Rent to triumph over their competitors for many years to come. |
